Kadan studied law, where she gained her academic qualifications as a Solicitor and Master of Law at the BPP Law School in London. Kadan is also an experienced and specialist Family Mediator and the founder of Divorce Mediation Service Limited helping couples settle their family law disputes outside the court. Kadan used her legal skills and expertise to help parties who cannot afford expensive legal fees and/or not eligible for legal aid.
